Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services operate STRICTLY within South Africa.

How long does delivery take?

After placing your order, please allow an estimated 7-15 business days for your item to be processed and arrive at our local dispatch facility. This includes quality checks. Following this, your order will be dispatched via our courier partners (like Aramex or PUDO). You will receive a tracking number via email with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over R500 nationwide.

What is Shipping Insurance?

We offer a Shipping Insurance option with Aramex at checkout. This protects your order against damage or loss during transit. If your package is confirmed lost or damaged by the courier, we will replace it at no extra cost. We highly recommend opting for this for your peace of mind!

What if my order is delayed?

If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email. For heavy delays, we’ll send you a discount code as compensation — the longer the delay, the larger the discount.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our tracking page to monitor your delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processed or shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your item. Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours. Please provide clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging. Reports received after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
